• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop team members through the 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, cleanliness and service standards to provide a high-quality guest experience.
