You will recruit and supervise team members and participate in a comprehensive leadership training program designed to prepare you for long-term growth within Panda Express.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closes, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development.
