The role includes participating in an 8-week-plus Store Leadership Training program and advancing through Panda's leadership development tracks. A flexible schedule and Serve Safe certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification is required.
• Must be able to relocate within 50 miles of the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, coach, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Implement and lead the store's training programs and ensure standards are met.
