Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Denison, Texas. You will oversee all aspects of a single restaurant, from hiring and directing staff to achieving financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program and ongoing mentorship through the Panda community to support your professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• We will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
