GPM Investments LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and motivate a team of 8–15 across all shifts. The role requires hands‑on leadership, accountability for financial metrics, and a readiness to cover any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) Food Safety Certification.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage—available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform duties of store employees: running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
