Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare you for success. Our rewards include paid training, career development, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in store operations.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Hire, train, and manage store associates to standards of performance.
• Drive customer experience and store profitability through effective leadership.
• Lead a comprehensive store leadership training program and onboarding.
