Job summary

Panda Express is hiring a Store Manager to lead a single location with responsibility for hiring, coaching and driving financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program and a path to grow within our Panda family. Candidates must be able to relocate within 50 miles of home and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and financial performance for the store.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
