Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders for our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing associates, and achieving financial goals to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store success.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
