Qualifications

• 4+ years in Women’s Specialty Retail preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, develop and maintain strong customer relationships and participate in local outreach.
• Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team with coaching and clear communication.
• Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and implementing strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain knowledge of products to provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, manage inventory, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Take ownership of store performance and address challenges proactively.
