Job summary

Journeys in Sioux City, IA seeks a Store Manager in Training to recruit, train, and lead the store team. You will drive sales, manage staff, and uphold loss prevention while delivering a fun, full-service customer experience in a youth-focused retail environment.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach associates, and promote a culture of integrity and teamwork. This role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience and a readiness to grow into management.

Qualifications
