Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Edinburg, TX to lead all facets of a multi-million-dollar store operation and drive sales while delivering a world-class shopping experience.

You will mentor and coach a team, set high standards, and partner with district and regional teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a focus on trust and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks.
• Manage budget and payroll; recruitment and onboarding; scheduling and workforce management.
