Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain store operational standards for inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and environment.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts through social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results and maintain professional care for employees and customers.
