Job summary

Connectivity Source is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team in a high-energy wireless retail environment. You will drive customer experiences, oversee operations, and ensure consistent sales delivery across promotions and store standards.

As the leader, you will recruit, train, and motivate staff, manage inventory and displays, and partner with marketing to grow store performance while delivering top-notch service to customers.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop your team daily.
• Maintain operational standards to ensure inventory, revenue, promotions, displays and store environment for all customers.
• Recruit, interview and retain a highly engaged sales team.
• Drive marketing efforts using social media, networking and outside events.
• Deliver exceptional sales results, stay operationally sound and take care of both employees and customers professionally.
