Job summary

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/merchandising preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide and model best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support the shopping environment, merchandising, promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales.
• Manage POS transactions, returns, and accurate cash handling.
• Respond to guest questions in person or by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training completion before shifts and enforce store policies.
