Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, guide and motivate team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a comprehensive leadership training program of eight weeks or more to prepare for success. We offer extensive benefits, bonus opportunities, and ongoing development; multiple growth paths into higher management await high-potential candidates

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the store to ensure successful performance and customer experience.
• Participate in an 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
