Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single location in the St. Louis area. You will recruit and direct associates, manage operations, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an eight-plus week leadership training program, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and develop store associates to meet financial targets and guest expectations.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive sales through leadership and training.
