Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, through Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), is seeking a Store Manager in Monroeville. The role leads a team, drives sales, and ensures high customer satisfaction. Expect a 40+ hour schedule across five days, including weekends, with a competitive pay range.

Responsibilities include staff management, payroll tracking, training, and implementing promotions. The position emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and inventory control to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising displays.
• Assist customers with personal sales and resolve complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Understand alternative tire sourcing and competitors.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
