Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Monroeville, AL, is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead a busy retail automotive parts and service team. The role requires 40+ hours per week across five days, including weekends, with a pay range of $58,235 to $98,990.

You will drive store sales and promotions, manage staff, budgets, payroll, and inventory, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding Bridgestone's standards and training through the company-funded ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
