Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an exempt Store Manager to lead retail operations. The role supports a flexible schedule across five days with weekend work, and typically requires 40+ hours per week.

Pay range is $64,365.00 to $109,410.00, with equal opportunity employment and a commitment to competitive compensation. The position focuses on driving sales, customer loyalty, payroll tracking, budgeting and staff scheduling, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with company

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success in retail sales management.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays.
• Must be able to assist customers for personal sales as well as complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Exceptional teammate and customer communication skills.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.

• Attend paid training to stay up-to-date with new developments in the automotive service industry.
• Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received.
