Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and team growth.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, train, and develop staff.
• Safely manage opening/closing procedures.
• Drive WOW! customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor inventory, cash flow, and security controls.
• Analyze Profit and Loss statements.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and provide feedback.
