• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience (preferred) with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and hold a ServSafe Certification.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store’s success by pushing sales, optimizing profits, and meeting goals.
• Ensure every customer receives Sub Above service and leaves satisfied.
• Manage employee schedules and maintain inventory to support operations.
• Train the team, develop talent, and collaborate with upper management.
