You will mentor the team, implement company policies, and manage day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service to deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will oversee staffing, coaching, and training, ensuring compliance with SOPs, driving performance, and fostering a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in big-box or specialty environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to implement company policies.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, promotions, and pricing.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead by example following Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budget and related reporting.
• Recruit, screen, and hire associates; onboard and train.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budgeting, workforce management, and scheduling.
• Coordinate communication with district and regional management.
