Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in a high‑volume environment.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and follow‑through skills.
• Leadership focused on collaboration, problem solving, and empowering diverse teams to decide effectively.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills with mentoring and feedback.
• Broad knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining high standards in service and presentation.
