Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by managing sales, expenses, and core operations.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates through training and mentorship.
• Implement action plans for projects and store changes; support succession planning.
• Coordinate loss prevention and optimize layout and efficiency.
