Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a single-location operation and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will hire, coach, and direct store associates, ensuring open/close shifts and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. The company provides an eight-week leadership training program and mentorship from a supportive Panda community to help you grow.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Aim to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Training: eight weeks or more of store leadership training program provided by the company.
