Panda Express is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a single Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will hire, train, and supervise associates while delivering exceptional service and quality Chinese cuisine in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and oversee a fast-paced store environment to maintain quality and service standards.
• Participate in Panda’s 8+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
