• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Lead and participate in a leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
• Oversee daily store activities to ensure operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
