Beyond Juicery + Eatery is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Canton/Northville location. You will lead the team, ensure food and drink quality, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Extensive product knowledge and understanding of the menu.
• Ability to balance supply and demand while managing back prep and stock orders.
• Professional demeanor and integrity in interactions with staff and customers.
• Experience mentoring and coaching employees to deliver service excellence.
• Restaurant or store management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and report to General Manager.
• Motivate and mentor employees to deliver customer service excellence.
• Manage Profit and Loss, meet store-level sales targets and control staffing and inventory costs.
• Ensure orders meet recipes and procedures; maintain drink/food quality and consistency.
• Promote the Beyond Juice brand and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Oversee sanitation of all workstations and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, health codes, and cash handling procedures.
• Keep inventory organized and equipment in good condition.
• Enforce store policy while creating a positive work environment.
• Recognize and provide feedback to employees; conduct training and coaching.
• Create and adjust schedules; manage shift changes.
• Ensure retail coolers are stocked and organized; handle deposits and cash reconciliation.
• Provide feedback and drive workplace improvements.
