Job summary

Läderach in Chicago is seeking a Store Manager to champion the brand and lead the retail team to deliver top-notch customer experiences. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, train and motivate the team, and align with Regional Manager goals to meet store quotas.

Responsibilities include overseeing sales, merchandising, staff scheduling, and compliance, while upholding the company values and ensuring exceptional in-store service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, email, data entry, and POS.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for chocolate.

• Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Take on other role-related responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Store Manager

A LaderachStoreManageris a brand champion in providing top-notch shopping experience for all customers and a leader in providing a positive work environment for the retail team. The ideal Store Manager is a chocolate-lover with proven experience in effective retail shop and staff management. This role aids in the supervision of employees, is an example of excellent customer service, leads training plans and helps carry out the goals of the Regional Manager to meet the store quotas.

What we expect from you

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a retail space with increasing levels of responsibility (ex-growth from associate level to shift lead/assistant manager)
• You are equipped with strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• You are proficient Computer skills such as email use and management, Microsoft 365, data entry and spreadsheets, and POS.
• You are reliable with a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday availability.
• You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• You are proactive and efficient.
• You are passionate about chocolate.
