Läderach Deputy Manager position in Las Vegas invites you to lead an exceptional in-store experience. You will guide staff, oversee merchandising, and ensure seamless customer service while supporting the Store Manager and Regional Manager in achieving store quotas.

The ideal candidate has retail leadership experience, strong team management skills, and a passion for chocolate, with flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets and POS.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, efficient and passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to provide top-notch care.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, gift packaging and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate product merchandising and follow food safety protocols.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Assist Store Manager with inventory orders and merchandising accuracy.
• Help maintain in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate corporate values to customers and employees.
• Manage store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Handle other role-related responsibilities as assigned.
