Qualifications

• 4+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model, develop and maintain strong customer relationships through genuine interactions; participate in local outreach and events to build brand presence.
• Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team that embodies J.Jill’s values; coach and recognize to exceed goals.
• Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and implementing strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide personalized styling recommendations.
