J.Jill is seeking a collaborative Store Manager who drives a profitable store and inspires the team with energy and strong communication. You will deliver an authentic customer experience, coach staff, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a product expert, you will maintain brand standards, analyze sales trends, and ensure outstanding service, while fostering an inclusive culture aligned with our value to keep it simple and make it matter.

Formación

• 4+ years of Women's Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a role model, develops and maintains strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Hire, develop, and lead a diverse, high-performing team that embodies J.Jill’s values.
