Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc., is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Management Leadership Training program.
