Englefield Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, staffing, inventory, and financial performance at our Ohio location. You will hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team that upholds our service standards and community values.

Formación

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Experience – 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• Leadership – A natural coach who motivates teams, builds trust, and leads by example.
• Operational know-how – Skilled in inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and vendor relations.
• Problem-solving mindset – Quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
• Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.

• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations.
• Other Qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching; able to work in demanding conditions.
