Englefield Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations in a fast-paced community setting. You will manage staffing, inventory, and financial performance while fostering a clean, safe environment for customers and associates.

You will hire and develop a high-performing team, build strong vendor and community relations, and monitor KPIs to drive growth. Emphasis on honesty, respect, and service excellence in every shift.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures, indoors and outdoors.

• Oversee all store operations, including staffing, inventory, and financial performance.

• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and the local community.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Lead by example—honesty, respect, and a customer-first mindset every shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations.
• Other duties include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching in demanding conditions.
