Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills.
• One year retail experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Available various hours, including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and retain top management and sales talent.
• Train staff on product knowledge, customer service, and store operations; set KPI goals and provide feedback.
• Create monthly schedules to ensure balanced coverage for all shifts.
• Oversee merchandise processing and stockroom organization; maintain stockroom standards.
• Direct and implement company strategies, promotions and directives in a timely manner.
• Lead bi-annual inventories; travel up to 25% as needed.
