SHOE SHOW, INC. in Harrisonville, MO is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail team at SHOE DEPT. #1060. This role focuses on customer service, productivity and sales while upholding the company standard of “Customer Comes First.”

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, and ensure merchandise processing and stock room accuracy. Travel up to 25% may be required, and pay is $17.85/hour with eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills.
• One year retail experience required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate company computer systems.
• Available hours including AM/PM and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Create monthly schedules to ensure proper staffing.
• Oversee merchandise flow and stock room organization.
• Direct store strategies, promotions, and directives in a timely manner.
• Lead bi-annual inventories and travel up to 25% as needed.
