Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operation and success of a Goodwill retail store and provide leadership to the team, program participants, donors and customers.
• Achieve sales, budget, and profit objectives while ensuring efficient store operations.
• Maintain excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills to enhance the customer buying experience.
