Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Store Manager for Liberty Center in Ohio. You will lead store operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with our brand values.

You’ll drive sales, manage budgets, and promote our ethical and sustainable practices while fostering a diverse, inclusive work culture and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
