Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, brand education, and operational excellence in a dynamic, inclusive store environment.

The Store Manager will drive performance, support growth within the company, and maintain the high standards of Lush’s ethical, handmade cosmetics ethos across our Florida locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
