• 5+ years of retail management experience, including Store Manager tenure.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision to prioritize a customer-centered culture, drive operational excellence, and deliver business results.
• Hire, develop and coach a retail team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Own store financials: payroll, schedules, and sales goals.
• Lead by example, communicate expectations, provide feedback, and empower the team.
• Use store reporting to proactively create action plans to improve metrics and run the business effectively.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Actively share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
