Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager in Portland to lead store operations and drive sales while delivering our Our Burlington values. You will mentor and coach staff, partner with merchandising and operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires managing day-to-day merchandising, operations and service tasks, overseeing a multi-million-dollar store and employee team, and building a trust-based environment. Competitive wages and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy and initiatives.
• Ensure team members fulfil their responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and lead with Burlington SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales and expense budgets and related reporting.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates, coach and develop the team.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Oversee payroll budgeting, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Foster communication among store, district, regional teams, and partners.
