Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level KPI targets and take action to meet goals.
• Engage guests with product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Coach and develop team members; assist in hiring and training.
• Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Champion the Lolli & Pops brand inside and outside the store.
• Operate the POS system and assist guests with transactions.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
