Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive multi-million-dollar store results with exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

You will oversee all day-to-day merchandising, operations, and service management, partnering with district and regional teams to execute company policies and initiatives. A strong, communicative leader who mentors associates will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar store operations.

Responsabilités

• Direct management of store leadership to implement policies, standards and initiatives.
• Oversee merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing coordination with merchandising.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); lead by example and uphold Burlington SOPs and leadership presence.
• Manage payroll, budgeting, staffing, onboarding and coaching; foster team development.
