Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree required.
• 2–4 years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty stores.
• Experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Leads and models a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Accountable for active floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance selling skills, behaviors, and processes.
• Build a strong bench and talent pipeline; fill open positions within 30 days.
• Monitor payroll and timesheets to keep hours within monthly budget and ensure inventory accuracy.
