Job summary

Victra is hiring a Store Manager to shape guest experiences, coach a high-performing team, and exceed store sales targets. This hourly role emphasizes leading by example on the sales floor, driving customer satisfaction, and enforcing brand standards daily.

You will complete NHU-like training, participate in leadership calls, and grow both people and store performance in a competitive retail environment. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within a retail or wireless environment preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving sales goals and coaching a team.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following the company sales process.
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Take direction from District Manager on daily operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience and manage store traffic.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to meet quotas.
• Run store operations including staffing, data reporting, cash handling, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory and maintain store cleanliness and planogram compliance.
• Lead merchandising and store opening/closing activities.
