Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing mentorship from our Panda community to support your professional and personal development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
