Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single store, hire and lead associates, and strive for financial goals and superior guest experiences. A comprehensive 8+ week leadership training program is provided to ensure your success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store and directing associates to hit financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training during the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program.
