Toys“R”Us Hamilton Place is seeking a Store Manager who will lead daily operations, coach a frontline team, and drive sales targets while delivering a memorable, fun customer experience. You will partner with merchandising, promotions, events and finance teams to execute plans that optimize performance and guest delight.

The role requires strong leadership, 2+ years in retail management, and a passion for creating engaging shopper experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BA, BS or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in retail management or leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering sales targets and customer service.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an animated, appealing environment that excites customers.
• Build a customer-centric team through recruitment, training and coaching.
• Provide leadership and drive customer-centric selling across the store.
• Plan and analyze business performance and KPIs to improve results.
• Share learnings with Home Office and align events and promotions.
• Run a safe, profitable store with effective scheduling and payroll oversight.
