Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Serve Safe certification for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily store performance and ensure store targets are met through team leadership.
